We have a year-round supply of wild caught and farmed geoduck. Live geoducks are packed in 40/50lb boxes and are directly shipped from source to our markets within 2-3 days. The extremely sweet taste is excellent for sashimi and Chinese hot pot.

Jade Whelk
Each whelk is individually frozen, adopting the IQF freezing process to preserve the premium briny-sweet flavor and its chewiness. The bright green shell gives a stunning presentation.
