Our suppliers must meet our rigorous level of standards and are carefully screened based on the exceptional quality of their products, processing innovation and ethical sourcing and sustainability practices.
We work with advanced processors that utilize state-of-the-art catcher freezing processes – such as IQF or “individually quick frozen” – for all seafood products, which are frozen quickly upon harvest.
Our seafood products are processed under EU, FDA and HACCP approved facilities, which allow us to maintain exceptional quality assurance.
Our Norwegian salmon products are regulated by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority (NFSA).
